Key Visitor Rules
Please adhere to these guidelines during your visit.
No Photography or Filming
To protect the fragile interiors and avoid disrupting tours, taking photos or videos inside the castle is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of mobile phones.
Bag and Luggage Policy
Large items such as rucksacks, strollers, child carriers, and any bulky objects are not allowed inside. Please leave them in your vehicle as storage facilities are not available.
Prohibited Items
Weapons, sharp objects, and potentially dangerous items are not permitted. Eating and drinking are also forbidden inside the castle rooms.
No Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the castle, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.
