Photography and filming are not allowed inside the castle. This includes both flash and non-flash photography. Visitors may take photos of the exterior and surrounding landscape, but drones and aerial photography are prohibited.
The interior can only be visited as part of a scheduled guided tour. Independent exploration is not permitted. Guests may walk the castle grounds freely, but entry inside requires joining a timed group tour.
Large bags, rucksacks, prams, and child carriers are not allowed inside. Weapons, sharp objects, sprays, flammable materials, and glass bottles are strictly forbidden. Animals are also not permitted, except for service animals.
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the castle. Food and beverages may be consumed outside in designated areas, but visitors should avoid bringing meals into the interior spaces.
There is no formal dress code. However, visitors are expected to dress appropriately for a historic site and wear suitable footwear for walking uphill to the entrance.
Guided tours are mandatory for entering the castle interior. Each tour is timed and led by staff or supported by audio guides. Independent exploration inside the castle is not possible.
